• Where are you located?

  We are located atu00a0234 Airport Plaza Blvd., Suite 5, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Airport Plaza is a very large shopping center on Route 110. Once you enter the plaza, locate the FIVE BELOW. There are glass doors between Tropical Smoothie and FIVE BELOW, enter through those doors and take elevator to the 2^ndu00a0Floor. Make a left out of the elevator and then a right and come down the hallway to Suite 5, Connoisseur Media.u00a0

• What are your office hours?

  We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30a-5:30p We are closed on some holidays. Itu2019s a good idea to call ahead if you are planning to come on a holiday. 631-770-4200.

• I won tickets and I was told they will be digital, but I havenu2019t received them yet. What do I do now?

  There are a few answers to this question, one of the answers below should apply to your situation.

  1. Digital tickets are sent to winners by the Promotions Department via email. We are at the mercy of the concert promoter as to when we receive our block of tickets. In some recent cases weu2019ve received our tickets as close as 48 Hours before the show! While that is not typical, we want to reassure by letting you know that the time line can vary wildly, please keep that in mind.
  2. We highly recommend checking all spam, junk, promotions and social folders for the email that contains your tickets. If you still do not see the email that contains your tickets, the most common explanation is that we have not received them yet. If your show is less than 48 Hours away, feel free to contact our front desk at 631-770-4200 for a status update
  3. In the rare case where the tickets were sent, but not received, we will attempt to resend them.
  4. When you won, you should have been notified which app you will need for your tickets. It will be one of the following three apps.
     1. Ticketmaster
        1. You will need to download the Ticketmaster smartphone app and create a Free Ticketmaster account.u00a0
        2. The email you will receive will be titled either u201cTICKETMASTERu201d or u201cLIVE NATION SEASON TICKETSu201du00a0
     2. SeatGeek
        1. You will need to download the SeatGeek smartphone app and create a Free SeatGeek account.u00a0
        2. This app is mainly used by The Barclays Centeru00a0
     3. AXS Tickets
        1. You will need to download the AXS Tickets smartphone app and create a free account.u00a0
        2. This app is mainly used by Forest Hills Stadium
• How do I accept my digital tickets?
  1. Always accept your tickets on your Smartphone and never on your computer!u00a0
  2. Within the email you received, it will give you the option to u201cAccept Ticketsu201d Once you click that button, it will guide you through the rest of the process. Always be sure to u201cOpen in Appu201d when given the opportunity to do so.
• Who should I contact if I have a question regarding a prize or tickets that I have won?

• I have accepted the prize but I can no longer use the tickets. What are my options?

  Since the tickets are already in your possession, feel free to find a friend, family member or co-worker to transfer them to for them to enjoy. We will be unable to take them back and out of your winning history at this time.

• I have received a 1099 in the mail, what do I do?

  If you have won a prize valued higher than $600, or if the combined value of all prizes won in a calendar year exceed $600, you will receive a 1099 Tax form in the mail. This should be used when filing your year end taxes.

• How long do I have to wait until I can win again?

  60 days

• I won a physical prize (tickets, prize pack or similar) how do I get it?

  Physical prizes such as some tickets, prize packs or similar are kept at our front desk. You can visit our station at 234 Airport Plaza Blvd. Suite 5, Farmingdale, NY 11735during office hours to pick up your prize. You will need to present a photo I.D. and sign an acceptance form.
