A day care worker in Babylon was arrested and is facing charges after she allegedly passed out while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs while caring for infants.
The suspect allegedly fainted at a day care on Deer Park Avenue Monday afternoon. She was taken to a Hospital by Babylon Fire Department paramedics who allegedly smelled alcohol on her breath and witnesses signs of intoxication. She has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
