Noah Green an alleged gang member who admitted to the drive-by shooting of two rivals outside the Shirley home of former U.S. Rep. Lee Zeldin in 2022, was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Green had pleaded guilty last month to attempted murder and other charges.
Authorities said Zeldin was not a target and was not present during the shooting, but his two teenage daughters were home at the time.
