News 12 is reporting that the state Attorney General’s Office is investigating the Tuesday night crash on the Southern State Parkway in Islip that left one person dead.
Police say a wrong-way driver was heading west in the eastbound lanes of the Southern State before their vehicle slammed into a motorcyclist.
No reason has been given as to why as to why the AG is investigating.
