The beauty of a slow cooker recipe is that there’s almost no prep involved, and this particular recipe could even be good with just two ingredients: chicken and a jar of salsa! You can serve it in a variety of ways, but Steph makes a quick cilantro lime cauliflower rice to go alongside the chicken. Sounds fancy, but so very simple.
