East Farmingdale, NY- The Nassau County SPCA is asking for donations after a dog was struck by a stray bullet in Roosevelt. Officials say the dog named Zeus, was out for a walk in Rooselvelt on June 16th when he was struck by a bullet, causing a serious leg injury. Nassau SPCA says Zeus needs emergency surgery to save his leg and it could cost approximately $10,000. For more information on Zeus and to donate, click here.
