While the butternut squash soup simmers for 30 minutes, pre-pack your turkey & cheddar sandwiches (and you won’t believe what she adds to those sammies for an extra flavorful bite!). Not gonna lie, I’ve been too intimidated to make my own soup from scratch in the past, but this is super simple! And to make this recipe more meal prep friendly, Stephanie suggests leaving out the extra toppings.
